Information we use

We use the business details and public links you provide, public information about the business, observed AI answers, and audit evidence to identify the right business and produce its report. If you sign in, we use your email address to authenticate you and make your reports available to you.

We also process information needed to run the site, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and maintain service records. Payment details are entered into Stripe-hosted checkout, not into a Starflash form.

Pre-launch payment testing

This release uses Stripe TEST mode. Test checkout information is used to verify the payment and report workflow; no real card charge is made. Do not enter real payment-card details into a test checkout.

Services involved

We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for TEST checkout, and OpenAI for AI analysis. These providers process information needed for their functions. Public business sources may also contribute information to an audit.

Access, retention, and choices

Report access is tied to the email address used for the audit. We retain audit and account records as needed to provide report access, operate and secure the service, resolve issues, and meet applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below. Some retained records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons.

Changes

We may update this notice as the pre-launch service changes. A new version will show its updated date here. Before moving to real payments, we will review these terms and the related refund policy.
